Easy to use for a first time userI had a very bad experience with box color years ago. Since then, I only went to salons for my color. I reviewed eSalon for a few months before ordering it. convertedAlways had my hair colored at the salon, but now use this product at home. The color results are beautiful, and if it wasn't, help is always close. Coming back for more!Love, love, LOVE my custom color. This is equivalent to the salon treatments I was paying over $100 for. I have never been able to duplicate it with an off the shelf product, so this was a real treat. My natural highlights come through, no dull, blah color here.
