I'm in LOVEYes, I'm in love and I don't say that for just anything. I have been coloring and bleaching and frying and damaging my hair for the past 20 years! And of course I always think I can figure it out on my own and take it where I want. It was a split second decision to order from eSalon. The step by step was super easy and I uploaded a picture so my stylist could see what we are working with! I received it today (super fast shipment) and dyed my hair tonight. I am overjoyed with the rich auburn color that I have now! To top it off my hair feels amazing! Super excited I gave this a shot and that it will come every 4 weeks!!! Not even closeI went with a copper blonde color. The picture of the color i choose showed an almost ginger kind of color. My hair had been previously bleached and I included this in my consultation. When I received my color in the mail I was really excited and immediately began the process... The color was nothing, not even a little bit close, to what I was expecting from my consultation. My hair turned out to be a purplish/slight rose gold color (this is the best way I can describe it). Not sure yet...Just notified today that my 2nd hair color shipment has been sent to the shipping carrier. Problem is that I used this product to color my hair for the very first time just 10 days ago - which means that "the jury is still out" as to how my color is holding up, whether or not I wish to make a color change, or if I even plan to continue using the product! I do not appreciate not being given an opportunity to make changes. Even now, when I try to make online changes re: the next delivery date, I am unable to do so.
