Never again!I did a lot of research on this company and a competitor before I decided to go with Esalon. Big mistake. I can't wash out the color from my scalp, sections of my hair and roots look black when I ordered dark chocolate. My hair is naturally curly and so dry unlike any color I have ever used both colored by myself and in salon. It's taken two coconut oil masks to get any moisture in it and I still am rinsing color out with 5 washes. Followed directions to a T. Thank God it's around Halloween so I can pass it off as part of my costume since my hair is so fried I can't do another color without further damaging my hair. Never again! Not HappyI changed my review cause this time I ask for purple dye and I got no purple at least the first time I did it I got a hint of purple ! second time having it come out and this was worseIt was too dark and too flat. It made me look washed out. Honestly, this is the second time the color has been shipped and I was my hair EVERY 3 days. Color was dull looking and washed out after a month... do the math, it should have lasted much longer than that especially when I was it every 3 days using a color safe shampoo and cond that is sulfate free. UnhappyUsed the soft black last night and followed instructions to the tee. I can still see a few grays and my previous hair color is still noticeable through out.
