They couldn't match color & killed hairI went in to get color matched, yet they chose a color that resulted in a lot lighter band to cover the new growth. So failed to deliver for what I went in for. And I now have to pay extra for a professional to fix that next time I go to a salon. Also the formula is very strong, my hair was healthy and silky when I walked in, now it's like dry hay. disspointed, totally.Fast shipping. Nice packaging. Color looked great for one day. i skipped washing my hair alot and used sulfate free shampoo and conditioner when i did.. still each shower had purple water,very messy. and the color faded faster than a box at home dye (which would have been cheaper). also, then shampoo and conditoner given to me in the package from e-salon wasnt very good at all. Perfect!couldn't be happier! My first Custom color was too light and didn't blend well with my dark ends. My colorist contacted me immediately and, after a quick conversation, promptly sent out an adjusted formula. It was perfect. My hair looks and feels better than any salon visit I've ever had! People don't believe I color my own hairI have consistently received positive comments regarding my hair color. When I tell them I color it myself, they always want to know where I get my color from. Most people think I just haven't started to gray yet! If they only knew!
