Not what I expectedI was so looking forward to using this product . . . . to say the least it was a disaster! The whole process was messy, time consuming, stunk, and the results were not at all what I was hoping they would be. My hair was intended to be a dark golden blonde. I now have the color of dirty river water. It made a total mess of my long hair to the point where I've had to literally soak my head in conditioners and masks to help overcome the dryness. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEI'm extremely disappointed with how this turned out!! Immediately when I received the box, I opened it only to find out that one of the bottles had leaked out into the plastic container. I still decided to move forward, which was a huge mistake. I was looking forward to this since I'm a professional and can't stand the amount of time it takes going to the salon, let alone the cost. I asked for an ashy blonde color, my roots ended up bright orange and the remainder of my hair turned a blonde / green color - my ends were green!! I ended up having to go into the salon and sitting there for 3 hours. $300 later, they were able to somewhat fix it. It was a terrible experience, I'm extremely dissatisfied.
