June too dark, adjusted in August much better!!Somehow my June 1st shipment was way too dark even though it was the second time receiving the exact same formula. It looked so fake :( I spoke to a colorist and they lightened the formula which I received in August. Much better!! My hair looks great again!! my history wasn't consideredWith this color I changed from dark blonde with reds to light brown. Unfortunately this time I only got one bottle of color, which was barely enough to cover all my hair. As it was a bigger change a few minutes for the ends is just not enough to have one color all-over. I am not happy with this general instruction for every color. GREAT COLORMy sister suggested I try this service and I am glad I did. I was a little nervous about the actual color, but was willing to try it. And I really like the color. I wanted something that would not make my skin look so washed out, and the colorist created a very nice mahoganey color that is great. I have received a lot of good comments on the color. The only thing I have a problem with is that when I wash my hair, it clumps together and I have no choice but to use a conditioner, which I have to anyway, but it bothers me about the way my hair clumps together. I suppose that is the way it is made, but I can deal with that to have this awesome color.
