Best product ever!I love esalon! Best decision. I ever made! My hair has never been so rich looking until I started with esalon. I get a lot of compliments! The customer service is grande. Phenomenal!!!This is a dream come true!!! Saving $150 a month is great, but having amazing color while saving a ton of money, well, that's phenomenal!! I've been remiss in not leaving feedback earlier regarding Mindy, my "colorist". She really is a godsend. She gave me very good instructions, but even better, she listened to me and knew just what I wanted/needed. I'm blown away by esalon and how comprehensive the program is. My new fave!This product is awesome! 2 years ago I went from platinum blonde to a copper red color. I had it professionally done because I knew there was no way I would be able to put color on hair that I had stripped of color and make it look good. Since I switched over to red, I've used several different box dyes to replicate the color I got from my hairdresser. I came close but it just wasn't the same... Until I used eSalon!!! I am beyond excited that this company exists and I get to have AFFORDABLE salon quality, fabulous hair! The color is perfect and it actually faded LESS than when my hairdresser did it! This product and the people behind it have made me a forever customer! Thank you so much!! I apologize if this sounded like a cheesy infomercial! I am dissapointedNormally i am really happy with my custom made Color. But the last 2 Colors which i used, was different from the first Colors. The result was not how i normaly expected. The roots are more light red then Brown. I am not sure if you Changed something on the mix. Sorry, but i am relly dissapointed and think to stop the naxt order.
