Color changed no customer serviceThe last order of asked to return to a previous color. The box of color o received was not the previous color I had. It fried my hair and my colorist is ignoring me. Color not rightThe quality of product seemed to be good but the color was wrong and now I have strawberry blonde hair. Also didn’t fully cover gray. Not impressedThe color was too dark. I really didn't see much difference in your hair color and the hair color I pay $10 for at Walmart. It didn't cover my grays well at all. The booster conditioner leaves my hair greasy the next day. The only thing I did like is that there is no color wash out in the water on your next shampoo. Horrible coverageThis product does not cover grays at all! I end up with a caramel colour over my grays & grays that were not touched. (My hair is dark brown) No matter how much they try to adjust my order, it’s always horrible. This is not a salon level product.
