Terrible color, way too darkI've heard a lot of great things about esalon, so I decided to try it for myself. I loved the ordering process and how smoothly everything went, however I chose the color medium brown golden copper for my already medium brown hair, and my hair is now DARK brown and has nothing even close to a golden copper hue. It looks terrible. At this point, I don't even know what to do with my hair.
