Woah!I was afraid to try because I’ve had some bad box experiences! The idea of this being custom was neat so I gave it a go. SO GLAD! What a great product!When I first saw the color on top of my wet head I absolutely panicked. Then shampooed, conditioned, and was prepared to run to the drugstore in the middle of the night!. Much to my amazement the color was Beautiful! Your colorist determined that a lighter shade was needed and sent that. I am in love with your product and the new me. Colour fades & ends BrittleI have been using esalon hair colour since January, I have to say that all of the colours have been lovely when first applied and last for a couple of washes. I wash my hair with colour care shampoo twice a week but after two weeks the hair colour has almost washed out and my hair is brittle. WAXY RESIDUE!!!! Hair falling out!I've been coloring my hair in salons and at home for years - but I've never had an experience like this. I have fine Caucasian hair, and followed the directions carefully - including the "vigorous massage" at the end. When it came time to rinse the color out, it was like my hair was coated in honey or wax. When all was said and done, I spent an hour trying to get the color out, lost a lot of hair, and am exhausted from the process. DamageI don't use hair color that uses anomia in the developer and this had it . My hair some what damaged before I colored with your brand and now it is really bad. So unhappy!I had such high hopes for this product. But instead I was so disappointed. The product left a terrible thick substance in my hair that took 5-6 washings to get out. And trying to cancel is a nightmare. The website keeps directing you to the same place with the same instructions that lead to know where.
