Pretty close to amazing, but some flawsThe process of coloring my hair was painless. The directions were really easy to follow. My hair still feels really soft after coloring. However, I know this isn't a perfect science and all hair is different, but the end result was really NOTHING like I asked for. And my colorist never spoke to me or asked any questions before sending the color. I realize my request might not have been feasible, but I should have been told that before the color was sent so I could modify it and not be disappointed that it came out so different. That being said, the color I've ended up with I do like. It is just darker than I was hoping, and my roots are brassy (immediately after coloring). Just used the product for the first time!Our son got married in September, so still had my beautician do my color that month. I spend $200 including the tip, so that's why I ordered your product. I used it for the first time yesterday. Couldn't believe the great match and color! It took my beautician about 3 tries to get the color right. Smell wasn't too bad, and it didn't irritate my scalp like it usually does! I loved how the box came like a present! All nice and tidy, personalized, with good instructions :-) I already have shared my excitement with my sister. Color I like without the high price tagI’ve used OTC color most of my life but as I’ve grayed, it’s been harder to find color I like that doesn’t destroy my hair. I’ve used eSalon for a few months now and have been pleased with the color and that it seems to be less damaging to my hair. Quality was evidentI could tell the quality of all the eSalon products were superior to the items I had purchased in the past at the drug store and beauty supply store.
