Want to cancel order as of todayI would like to cancel my E Salon order as the hair dye did not adhere to my front middle and back hair… Evidently this product is not strong enough for my hair… Therefore, please cancel ordering any more E Salon product. Worst thing ever!I have no idea what Im going to do! I had strawberry blonde like hair. I wanted to lighten it and add some color to it. Girl, it is egg plant purple. I have followed instructions exactly as they were given. The only way to fix it is to have it professionally done. I can't afford that!. Im looking into what my legal charges. Left on too long?The instructions caused my stylist to leave the color on for what I believe is an extra 15 minutes. She paused after the first 15 minutes to work on another customer, left my color on for 15 minutes, then mixed the developer and put the color on for another 15 minutes. I read the instructions to mean NO additional 15 minutes in the middle: 20 minutes for the first bottle, which included 5 minutes to mix the second bottle with its developer, and then immediate application of the second bottle for 15 minutes.
