Not the color I expectedI tried esalon for the first time last week after using Revlon for 30 years. I liked the product but I was disappointed with the color. I was expecting a medium auburn. The customization of color at this salon is superb.The customization of color is superb. I can go a little lighter in the summer and a little darker in the winter. Need gray coverageI really like this product! The color itself is perfect and so easy to use. My only problem is the mediocre gray coverage. I have put in a change request for my next shipment, so hopefully there will be an improvement. Love the convenienceWhen I received my box, I felt like I had received a gift. Fabulous packaging. Everything was labeled clearly and well organized. The color was easy to apply. I only received 1 glove which was a problem since I really needed both hands. I loved the shampoo and conditioner that came with the kit. My hair didn’t feel like straw in the shower and the conditioner smoothed out my hair beautifully. I have used boxed hair color for years and I see a definite difference in the quality of the color product.
