I love the coverage.I expected the color to be just a little less red based on the picture of colors. But I love the coverage. It was easier than I expected to color my hair even though I had colored my hair in 2016/2017. Having the blue clips made it easier than using claws to hold my hair. Très satisfaiteJe suis très contente de cette découverte de site ( Esalon. Merci beaucoup pour vôtre magnifique travail et sérieux , j’avais beaucoup de mal à avoir une couleur marron, marron chocolat, on a fait un premier essai et quand ça a rien donné le contact et le retour du produit était très facile, ils m’ont renvoyé une nouvelle couleur et la! ColorGood color revive for me. I was disappointed that the kit did not contain the “bonus” free 2nd bottle of color for ends. Perhaps because I added a conditioner to my order which fit in the box, the free bottle was not enclosed. Colour adjustmentI sent a commentary to your rapport people over a week ago but did not receive a response. I was horrified to find my hair a beige after colouring out. I was looking for platinum blond and the removal of the yellow in my colour. While I understand how my request to remove the yellow may have led to ‘ash’ and or ‘pearl’ I did not anticipate the beige/blue I got. I was looking for a reversal method but I have since gone to the drug store to get my own as there was no support from you.
