Not the “cooper” look I was going for.Over all the color was okay, but it was more auburn then cooper. It honestly looks more brown. It did cover my grays and the color matches through my hair, but next time I think I would like more cooper in it. I will order again from eSalon because I love the price and convenience of doing it myself! It may just take a couple times before I get the color I really want. The last time I started it took a couple colors to get it right. I'm okay with sticking with this color for my next autoship if it is too difficult to change, but I do look forward to getting to the cooper color I really love! Colour ok, covered grey, but gave me allergic reactionDid 48 hour patch test prior to dying my hair. Not at all as advertisedThis was absolutely not worth the investment. I responded to an email asking my color preferences and what I was wanting to achieve. I wasn't looking to change anything, just maintain my current red color. The color I received ended up being a slightly reddish brown. I've been coloring my hair with professional color for over 20 years. I have never been so disappointed, and I regret giving this brand a chance. It also didn't even color my ash blonde roots, which normally soaks up color like a sponge. As soon as I can figure out how to unsubscribe (because that's apparently hidden), I will be. Scored a home run!!!I have struggled for a long time with realizing the right color to match my hair color. I had micro links installed and I love the color of my extensions, The problem was getting my exposed hair to match the extensions. My natural hair tended to pull red no matter what my beautician and I tried. I decided to give this custom product a try not really expecting to be satisfied. Well, let me tell you…this product was perfect and exceeded my expectation!! Note: no one paid me to send this review! I just felt compelled to share Mr total satisfaction with this product.
