Exactly what I wanted!My colorist worked with me and on the third try, my color is spot on perfect. Each time I changed the color, I was given a complimentary gloss treatment to really pump up my color. I will never buy from the drugstore again! I'm so in love. ♡♡I tried lots of store bought hair color products, but I all ended up being so frustrated, go to the hair salon many times but it's always giving me headache whatever ingredients or color formula they made. Very satisfyingI expected the color to be a little more lighter, but I love the fact that it was very easy to handle, and it covered all my greys!! Loved the smell of the shampoo & conditioner and that it had plenty in one packet. The color was not what I expected.I received the first purchase and did the hair the color was slightly darker than what I wanted but lightened up after several washes. Customer Service is most unpleasantProduct was supposed to be here according to tracking four days ago. They know that it isn't here and told me to wait 3to5 more days to order another one. Or have another shipped to me and IF the original order gets here, I can send the other back. At my own expense,no doubt. Thanks, but no thanks.
