WowI'm so happy with my color. And I really appreciated Mindy's thoroughness. I'm excited to try it on my own when my kit comes, but it's good to know that I can come back and get it professionally done. The entire salon was super cool and it's great how everything is in one place. Very high-tech approach to color. And the other hair products are wonderful too. Loved the pack, hated the colourWhen the box arrived I was very excited. It comes with everything you need and more to colour your hair well. Shades of Orange Instead of GoldThe color I ordered was called "Warm brown". The instruction insert stated it was brown mixed with some gold tones. What I got was an auburn/orange. Roots are hot (brighter than the rest). I considered calling in sick to work this was so bad. I will say when I called the helpline they were great. They're rushing an ash brown to counteract the color. I really liked the packaging and the shine and feel of my hair.
