Love the product but very upset with price of orders!Love the product but very upset with price of orders! I never requested the Color Kiss added to my orders. I do not use them and am now stuck with 3 of these at an unbelievable cost of $12 each. I am now $36 in the hole and would like to send them back with free shipping as I never requested these. I actually still have the free sample sent way before. This happened before and I had to cancel the touch-ups. I don't know how they got re-added to my account but I am very upset they did. I rarely check e-mails anymore and somehow missed this but I must cancel any future orders as I can only afford the store bought from now on. My go-toMy first color turned out very ashy on me. My colorist mixed a dark blonde and golden blonde, but it turned grey blonde, and not in a good way. I have tan skin, so anything too dark makes me monotone. I loved the personalization and all the extras my kit came with, so I am giving my next shipment a try. Update: 2 years later, this is cheaper than going to the salon or beauty store. If you're specific, your colorist will match as much as possible, just pay attention to the tones they mix together. What A DisappointmentI ordered this color with high hopes that it would be salon quality. It was not. Honeslty it's no better than your typical box dye. I tried to go in and cancel the recurring order (which you they MAKE you sign up for when you first order), but it wouldn't let me. So I figured it was just a glitch and meant to come back later and cancel it. Unfortunately for me I forgot all about it until I saw the charge for a new order on my card today. I called immediately to try and cancel the order but was told that it's too late to cancel. Asked if I can return it for a refund, and was told that I can but they won't refund the shipping charges. Bottles leaked during shippingI received my package and the top was not properly tightened on one the bottles and the color leaked all over the box . I went to the website to contact someone to resend me a new box & there is no number to reach anyone or an email address . hHAVE YOU GOT AWILE TO DO YOUR COLORING ON YOUR HAIR??ALL THE IMPORTANT ITEMS WERE ENCLOSED WITH THIS KIT....BUT TRYING TO PART YOUR HAIR , THEN COLOR IT WERE DIFFICULT WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM CO-ORDINATING THEIR HANDS, PRODUCT, ETC. AND DO A GOOD AND THOROUGH JOB OF IT... IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU ENCLOSED A COMB TYPE DEVICE ON THE END OF THE APPLICATOR THAT YOU USE TO PUT THE COLOR ON YOUR HAIR...WOULD BE SO NICE TO HAVE SOMETHING ON THAT ORDER....IT TOOK ME SO MUCH LONGER THAN IT DID THE COLORING I USED BEFORE THIS... TOOK ME A LONG TIME BEFORE I GOT TO SET THE CLOCK TO THE RIGHT TIMING...THE COLOR ACTUALLY DID COME OUT OKAY AND LOOKS AND FEELS GOOD AFTER SETTING WITH HOT ROLLER CURLING IRON... TIME WAS GREAT IN GETTING IT TO ME, AND THE PACKAGING WAS FANTASTIC...HAD TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS A COUPLE TIMES TO GET EVERYTHING RIGHT THIS FIRST TIME I DID IT BY MYSELF...KITS COMING SO EARLY THAT I HAVE ONE TO DO FOR NEXT TIME....SO DO NOT NEED THE NEXT HAIR COLOR TILL PAST THE SIX WEEK DEADLINE...
