Didn't work for meThe delivery and application process went great. However the medium blonde pearl was too gold for me. After a few weeks, my hair became brassy, and despite using the shampoo and conditioner I purchased, my hair became dry and brittle, though I kept washing to a minimum. Color okay; formula - not so muchWhile the color is a bit darker than I expected, I like the gray coverage and the overall tone. However, the fumes from the product when I started to rinse were awful! My eyes and throat burned and I began hyperventilating. I had to open up the bathroom to fresh air.
