Pretty NiceThis is easy and complete. But it was a bit darker than I expected because I had requested a little lighter. It is now very much winter here on LI, so I am satisfied at the moment, but come spring I will be looking to go a little lighter once more. cusotme hair colori loved all the personalized instructions and the packaging was great. The color was a little darker then i wanted but I am sure it can be adjusted. The only negative thing I have to say is that when I was rinsing the color out of my hair it became very gummy feeling and felt like it was not rinsing out. This startled me and concerned me, I began to shampoo it and then it felt better as the color rinsed out. Is this normal? 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Love the colorHappy with the color, it's a bit of work to color hair yourself, but the savings are worth it. The downfall is the shipping. Takes forever to get to me after leaving the facility. Good color but way too thick!!I like everything about this except for one major issue. It takes a ton of rubbing to get the color off my scalp!! I am a former cosmetologist and I have never had this problem before. In fact I might just stop using it because it's so ridiculous. I usually hop in the shower to wash out the product so I take along time to do it. The last time I used it I was VERY concious of getting the color off my scalp because the previous time I had to go back and work on getting it off twice. It happened again! I was like,"OMG!"
