Even the 2. color is terrible...I ordered golden blonde since my hair used to be a goldeny blonde and got darker with age. My current hair color is very dark blonde/light brown. I tested the color on a small strand and my hair color did not change. eSalon was very nice and called me to send a new color, which had a 25 vol. developer instead of the previous 15 and was supposed to be lighter. I tried another piece of hair and lo and behold, my hair may have actually gotten darker. It definitely has a red tint (i would say my hair has green undertones lol) and I genuinely do not see any lightening effect. It may be that we have fundamentally different understandings of "dark blonde" but I honestly gave up trying to dye my hair and will be asking for a refund since even after sending them 8 photos we cannot just blonde my hair. Dark blondI have used this product 3 times before and the color was perfect. I used this last batch (same color) and 20 minutes in I knew it was much darker than what I had used in the past. So disappointedI ordered this product mainly for the ease n natural color The first time using this product it didn’t cover the grey just turned it orange luckily I have little grey n thought I probably didn’t wait long enough so eagerly waiting for the second color I have bought new products I received my color made sure I followed the instructions exactly not only did it not color the grey but has left my hair feeling dry n straw like I have very long hair that I’m careful not to damage so I’m very disappointed would not recommend this product 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Non conforme a ma demandeJe viens de recevoir ma commande, j'avais auparavant précisé que je souhaite modifié la couleur, j'attendais avec impatience un cuivré acajou, je reçois le même qu'habituellement, un chatain foncé cuivré acajou, je suis très déçue. Great service but colour not close enoughThis is a very hard review to write / explain. I'm naturally very fair haired, I would normally have my hair highlighted quite bright but with that I dont like the brassy / yellowish tones I lean towards the icy colours. In my order I opted for the all over demi permanent colour. On the break down of my specialised colour there was ash and mostly light blond, I just feel there was too much ash and it overpowered the light blond. For me I feel it has darkened my hair substantially. So in a way I'm pleased I opted for the demi permanent colour. Great idea, coverage could be betterThe kit supplied is great, sensibly supplying two pairs of gloves is a real help. Best not bother with the stain guard though as it’s too easy to get on the hair accidentally. I ended up washing it off and starting again, plus the remover works well enough. Liked the colour though the redder tones aren’t as prominent as I’d have hoped. Overall though the coverage of grey isn’t great. I only have a light sprinkling but there are plenty still uncoloured including some on my hairline that I particularly focussed on as they are bright and obvious. Ok experienceThe product did not cover the white spots near my ears.. but that was my fault as I am always very worried about the skin staining on my hair line. Had a hell of a time trying to tackle the back of my head and while tryinh my best I have to admit I missed the salon experience. The color is fine. The timing was quick and I did not mess upmy bathroom with dye everywhere. I liked the packing of the product and the idea. Nice to do this in the quiet of my own home.
