What the hell?I’ve been getting color here for a while and had no issues. My hair has grown a lot so I added an extra bottle to my order and instead of blonde my hair came out bright red. Gray coverage is excellentWill be able to give 5 stars when the color is perfect. The formula still has more red than I’m happy with. greys not covered, fades fastI tried the product several times, then tried an adjusted formula--it still did not cover my grey hair and faded very fast. My roots have always been much lighter than the rest of my hair since using. I have always used dark brown hair color, even before switching to this brand. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. Color was different than the normal color.I colored my hair and then used the light set I had been sent previously. The color seems darker than I have ever been, almost black. pretty good but I missed a spotI just noticed today that i missed an entire area on the top of my head near the back. Anyway I have moved up my shipping date as it took 2 weeks from ordering to receiving last time and I don't want to delay my next attempt! I might enlist a friends help next time.
