Impressively close to my favorite coloristI was very impressed at how the colorist at eSalon, by just a few pictures and a short description of my hair in my own words, was able to imagine and create nearly the same combination of base color and highlights that my favorite colorist had derived for me in person! The only reason for the four stars is because the roots came out too light. But this was partially my doing by not emphasizing that the crown of my head is nearly entirely white. I HAVE NOT COLORED MY HAIR IN OVER 30 YEARS SO I WAS APPREHENSIVE BUT DECIDED TO ORDER FROM eSALON AND HOPE FOR THE BEST. MY COLOR IS ACTUALLY BETTER AND TO THINK I WAS PAYING ALMOST $200 AND NOW MY HAIR LOOKS BETTER AND THE PRICE IS NOT EVEN AN ISSUE.
