So simpleI really liked how easy it was from selecting your color to application. My goal was to cover grey hair & match my natural color. Worked beautifully. The only thing I noticed was that it did not last that long. Within 2 weeks I could see some of the grey, not the roots, but throughout the length of my hair. Covered my grey and perfect colorMy first kit did not cover the gray roots so I contacted the company and they sent another kit free of charge. The second kit was a different formula to cover my grey and it worked out great! I love the color and the coverage. Instructions were complete and the whole process was surprisingly simple. Color did cover grey howeverMy hair is a chestnut color and came out a solid brown. No depth. The customer service was great. They called promptly and gave me advice on how to lighten it. It did lighten and still covered the grey. I may try again but not right now. My hair is very long and it is a lot of work trying to adjust.
