Automatic subcription which I did not remember signing up forI haven’t use the product I ordered due to the colour bottles as yoo tght and nobody in the house can open it. Now I received an email informing me that my next order is coming which I did not remeber signing up for subscription or autmatic order. I placed my first order few months ago as a trial which I haven’t got the chance to use it yet. Why I decided to cancelI have short hair, with stubborn grays. The colors always cover my grays very well and last, however, it all just comes out dark brown on me. I had expected more shine, variation in color, and honestly for a single mom on a really tight budget, it's just too much money to continue for a product that never really came out just right. FREAKIN' PERFECTToo many superlatives to list. Easy to use. Well labeled. Perfect blend with my hair color. Relatively foolproof. Easy to order. Salon color at drugstore pricing. WORTH EVERY DANG PENNY. I've had to color my hair for 30 years now so the hardest part was remembering my natural hair color! Either I chose wisely or this formulation is in fact just for me. It looks natural right from the get-go. AND four weeks later, my sparkly roots are just now starting to hint at making an appearance. And I have a lot of sparkly roots. Seriously, though, if you have the means, this is the way to go. I had a customer tell me the other day that I was 29 or 30 years old. Honey, my 21st birthday is 29 years old!
