My hair color savior :)I had my hair so horribly done with the previous color (store bought) I thought I needed to go and spend a few $$$ to get it fix, but my hair is back to being beautiful and shiny and even! Hair color that left my hair dryI have never had a hair color tangle my hair and make it so dry that I was forced to get it deep conditioned. The product arrived on time and after I followed the directions to a tee the entire back of my hair is red at the scalp and black on the top. Lucky for me I can cover it up because of the length of my hair. It took both bottles to cover my entire head. It took me an hour to get my hair rinsed and shampoo didn't work. My hair was left with a dry feeling, no shine, my husband complained of the smell. I will be going back to Sally's Beauty Supply next time for hair color. Not Ready to Give UpI'm not sure my message got through to you that the medium ash brown you did for me is too dark and still has red tones. I have since had my hair highlighted and now need a light ash brown color. I hope the next formula works better. it was okaythe color was way darker then my natural color and my original requested asked a question about grey coverage options but I never got a response on that, just a box of color. I was hoping the "salon person" would be a bit more helpful. Loved the color, but it faded within a weekI'm pretty disappointed in the longevity of the color. The color was amazing, but it did not last regardless of using color-safe shampoo and conditioner.. it lasted about a week.
