Bad colorI had light brown hair, sent a picture for light brown, and got a color that made my hair at least two shades darker. I wrote and asked if it could be replaced with a color I liked before, but never got a response. I don't think I'll order again. In addition I've now washed it three times with esalon color safe products and the color's washing out really uneaven. I'm thinking I'm not going to order again. My FAVORITE color blend yet💕I love everytime I make an adjustment, it just as I imagined in my head and asked for! This blend I was not sure I put into words quite the change I wanted because its usually very slight. I'm in LOVE & have had at LEAST, 2 minimum, complements a DAY on it since coloring! Its a keeper! My grays were terrible to cover & color did not last long in the PAST...... I am a customer for life...(because well no one remembers my REAL color I've been some variation since 15 😉) NOT giving it up because of stubborn greys AND NOW I DON'T HAVE TO!
