Excellent Results!This was my first time using my custom hair color. I chose my color and they let me know they changed it a bit for a more flattering color and I am glad they did! Not impressedI ordered a cool dark blonde for my medium brown hair. After dying it, they looked pretty the same, beside brassier tones. (wich I'm not a fan!) Great color, but 1 big issueThe custom color shade was good. The big issue for me was the way my hair felt after coloring. I followed the instructions down to the last letter-but it left my hair feeling over processed and damaged. My hair usually feels especially silky and looking great after coloring it. I wasn't sure, so I ordered it again and had the same outcome. I've decided not to reorder and am canceling my membership. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Brassy colourSome tones are nice in this colour , but overall it's not for me . I felt I instructed for a darker colour. I have found it's faded on roots and some places it didn't cover well. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Love my color!I asked for a dark brown/violet shade. My hair had been colored in a salon previously, and my ecolorist emailed back letting me know that my color couldn't be made as dark as in the salon. She suggested that I stay with my salon color.
