The new branding makes me sadI’ve been a long time customer. I have always loved the color and the customer service is spot on. But the new branding feels cheap. The labels look like they were printed on my old printer from about 10 years ago. The new shampoo and conditioner is just like any generic color brand you get at the drug store. What happened to the Heart Lock it? The old packaging felt unique and cool. I feel like I got sent a box of Clairol. I’m not leaving you because your product is solid. Color not what was promisedI ordered dark brown intense pearl violet and red. I didn’t receive this.
