Best Color Ever !I read the reviews about this service but I still had cold feet. I finally decided to take the plunge and use this service. Best decision I have made in awhile ! This formula was non damaging and gentle to my hair. I will say I have never had such vibrant realistic color since I first started coloring my hair. This service is a keeper. If you are concerned about fragile hair I should tell you I have several health conditions that cause my hair to be delicate along with certain medications I must take daily. The new branding makes me sadI’ve been a long time customer. I have always loved the color and the customer service is spot on. But the new branding feels cheap. The labels look like they were printed on my old printer from about 10 years ago. The new shampoo and conditioner is just like any generic color brand you get at the drug store. What happened to the Heart Lock it? The old packaging felt unique and cool. I feel like I got sent a box of Clairol. I’m not leaving you because your product is solid.
