Easy application but my hair looks the same!I have light medium brown hair and ordered the medium ash brown because it seemed fairly dark in the photo. I applied the colour and left it on as directed, but it looked exactly the same afterward. The product itself comes in great packaging and is easy to use. COLOR GRABS/STAYS BETTER/DOESN'T WASH OUT AFTER 1-2 WASHINGS......BUT I HAD A DELAYED, SEVERE ITCHING THAT STARTED ON DAY 1 AND GOT WORSE, LEADING TO SORES ON MY HEAD, FACE AND RIGHT EAR. I USUALLY HAVE PROFESSIONAL COLOR USING 40 VOLUME WHICH WASHES AWAY AND THIS COLOR STAYS PUT. THE COLOR IS BEAUTIFUL.
