rashThis is the second time I have used the color and the results are amazing. Great coverage and color , however this time I did not do any allergy test and i broke out in a horrible weltlike blisters on my neck hair line. This was 48 hours after application. Poor gray coverage, color too dark.I used your product as directed. Immediately after coloring, my gray was covered. But within 3 days the color on the gray around my face was GONE! I hadn't even washed my hair yet. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

2 Anwendungen mit Esalon Farbe leider nicht zufriedenstellendIch bin sehr gut zu Recht gekommen mit der Anwendung und dem Produkt. Das Farbergebnis auf den Ansätzen hat mir direkt sehr gut gefallen. Meine Haare waren vorher gesträhnt. Leider haben meine Längen und Spitzen die Farbe nicht angenommen. Hatte mich auf gewundert, das in der Anleitung für eine erste Anwendung Längen und Spitzen nur 3 Minuten einwirken sollen. Nach einem Telefonat mit einem Coloristen bekam ich in kurzer Zeit erneut das Produkt zum nachfärben zugesendet. Allerdings stand in der Anleitung wieder bloss eine Einwirkzeit von 3 Minuten auf Längen und Spitzen. Ich habe diese dann eigenständig auf 30 Minuten geändert. Leider ist das Ergebnis unverändert. Der Ansatz ist goldblond die Längen kühle Strähnen. Da ich sehr viele Haare habe hatte ich auch wirklich sehr wenig Produkt über für Längen und Spitzen. Schade das es nicht funktioniert. Horrible experience, poor customer service, and a total scamSo I'm pretty experienced at dying my own hair I saw an ad for eSalon I figured it couldn't be riskier then boxed dye so I gave it a shot. My hair is naturally light brown/dark blonde and I hadn't dyed my hair in a LONG time so that was the shade I was at when this adventure started. I selected my desired shade as a light to medium cool blonde. Things arrived in a timely manner. I followed the directions to the letter. My hair was minimally lightened (maybe by one shade) and SUPER brassy. Considering I indicated I wanted a cool blonde, this was unacceptable. I notified esalon and they responded by giving me a credit for my next color and sending me a toner to help with the brassiness. I have never had this happen with a toner before but it didn't just decrease the brassiness but it also darkened the overall shade of my hair. So now my hair is more or less back to its natural color except with lingering brassy undertones (which I still hate). When it was time for my next color shipment I uploaded new pictures of my hair so they could see the current shade and indicated I wanted the color to be lighter and cooler (like the color I had originally selected). In the comments section I outlined the whole situation up to this point including the lingering brassiness and the darkening effects of the toner. After my new color was formulated and it was too late to cancel it I get an email from my "stylist" stating that the color can't be lightened because color can't lift color (duh) but if I want my hair lighter I would be a "great candidate" for their lightening set and that I could purchase that from their website. A step backI messaged the stylist to let them know I was looking for ash brown hair. I have previously lightened hair all over, and i was worried about it not being ashy. She said she would have my do a colorfill, and then apply a Demi permanent color on top. The color fill was golden, but the second color (medium brown) that I applied just emphasized all the of RED tones. So much work was done to get my hair light enough so that it could be ashy. And untilamtely I ended up with what I had before I lighted my hair!! Orange hair that looks kinda brown in certain lighting, but straight up orange in natural light. Medium blonde roots turned orange.I'm so glad I did a test strand. I have naturally medium blonde roots. I ordered a neutral light blond colour. So I took a test strand, as I'm super nervous as I always get my hair done at a salon. But with the times being what they are...I thought I'd give it a try. So, I mixed the colour and developer as instructed for a test strand. Waited the 30 mins then put the extra through to ends and waited 2 more mins. Then rinsed, then shampooed and dried using a hair dryer and voila orange roots on the test strand. Soooooo glad I did a test strand. Not doing my whole head. You'd think the stylist who mixed my product would have accounted for this. Not happy at all. Money completely wasted. Just thrown product in the garbage.
