Naja, habe aufgrund der Werbung mehr erwartetHabe die Coloration getestet. Toll ist dass die Menge wirklich gut ausreicht selbst für mein sehr dickes/volles Haar. Ebenfalls bleibt an dem Set kein Wunsch offen, 2 Paar Handschuhe, 1 Pinsel, Anti Flecken Creme und Fleckentferner falls doch was daneben geht, Shampoo und Conditioner. Soweit alles toll. Großes Minus mache ich bei der Grauabdeckung. Obwohl ich die Farbe 10 Minuten länger als empfohlen angewendet habe, hat es die grauen Haare nicht komplett abgedeckt. Leider. Aaack!I was so excited to get this shipment. I waited until I had sufficient time so I wouldn't need to rush. Loved the instructions and the sticker to post them on the mirror (and then in the shower). I appreciated the stain protector and wipe for afterwards (I didn't use the latter). I thought the color would be great.................but it's not! The grays around my face are still there, although maybe a little less noticeable and even though I was super diligent about applying the root color in the back, it's still a dark brown..........and the red is what many OTC kits refer to as Copper Penny! It's hideous and I hate it. The overall color coverage is only meh......and I followed the instructions to the letter. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed and probably won't purchase this again. Shipping date is not accurateI am new using this company. I used to pay a lot of money on hair salons so when I heard and researched esalon I gave them a try. My first order came perfect and I have to say I really love it. After receiving my first order I scheduled my plan with shipping date June 1st. Since I didn't heard nothing about shipping status I sent an email and the response was that shipment takes 7-10 days, they charged my credit card on June 1st, but I need to wait almost 2 weeks for my order. I color my roots every 4 weeks and I was expecting to receive my order on time (like 3 days after my shipping date) but that would not happen. My roots are due for color and I am so dissapointed with this company. If I had known this, I would have scheduled an earlier shipping date. Good color but not what I wantedHair colors are good. I started with brown without the cooper look. I got great results then I wanted to go light brown to dirty blonde but got a cooper looking reddish instead. application brushI am happy with the color. Coverage of my gray roots is effective and I think the color is nice. However, I did not receive an application brush with my last purchase, despite providing feedback indicating that I use the brush with the bottle to apply the color. More gray coverageI would first recommend ordering your color a couple weeks before you want to color your hair. It took longer than expected getting my color. The root coverage I would give it a fair as I still had grey showing after I was done coloring my hair. The root color was not close to what I wanted. The rest of the hair color was a nice color and I am happy with that. Didn’t get what I wantedI was really excited to try out eSalon during the quarantine. I have been wanting to lighten my hair, but scared to do something dramatic. I thought using a dye might do the trick to lighten my hair one or two shades (natural dark brown hair). I honestly don’t know what I’m doing, and always prefer to go to a professional. I thought eSalon would do for now since they do a custom color, look at your pictures, and “listen” to what you want. The quiz was great, along with their customer service. The process of dying my hair was easy, and I followed the directions to the T. They say that the directions are tailored to your needs, but that wasn’t the case for me. My roots lightened but everything else stayed exactly the same. My directions were for somebody that had gray hair (I have none), which I thought was strange at first, but because their website said that the directions are specific to each customer, I thought I should follow them. In my comment when submitting the order, I specifically said I had no experience in haircolor and would appreciate their input in what I wanted to accomplish with my hair. Delayed transactionWhen first time ordering and receiving a suggested color, I disliked it. I requested my initial color which supposed to receive with no charge.
