Difficult for vibrant red headsThe color you sent me is too blonde again. I don’t want blonde/orange roots - I just want the root color to look more like the vibrant red you sent me for my ends in my very first box. Also I have WAY too much hair for 1 bottle. The refresh bottle that I receive each month says it should refresh my roots and my ends, that’s a joke. The color on my ends fades so fast that getting one bottle every 4 weeks for just the roots is just not going to work for me. Damaged boxUnfortunately, i was supposed to receive a touch up box last month; however, it never came. I just received my second box, and it came damaged with the hair colour leaking and getting all over the other products. Best Way to Color Your HairI have used this custom color set for three (3) years now and I absolutely love it. I am thrilled with the fact that you can make adjustments whenever you want and still receive a great product. The service has been wonderful. I also like the fact that I change my delivery schedule whenever I want, I can delay it or speed it up.
