I was scared, but don't be, it works great!I loved the color and coverage of gray. And then they ask if you liked everything or wanted to make any changes. WOWLove my color. So natural looking. AND its really great to have EVERYTHING you need right in the box. Only suggestion would to put another "stain remover" in the kit.
