The professional colorist responded to all of my questions so promptly and expedited an adjusted kit to me that worked out perfectly. Beautiful Color!I really loved the color, only problem was the smell. I live in a small apartment with no windows so that was problematic..I will be opening my patio doors next time, cause this is by far the best hair dye I have purchased and the smell does not last on your hair like some dyes. Very easy to use & thoroughly explainedI LOVED the color & the ease of ordering and quality of the product and tools. The only thing I was bummed about was how quickly my grays came through. May 2018I'm not as happy with the product as I was when the package included two coloring steps. I'm new to this though, I first colored my hair at age 50 with your product so I really have nothing to compare it to.
