Very upset customer!!I don't understand why you would ask for any remarks after you place an order because it seems like you ignore them any way. I asked if you could please send me the same thing I purchased in the past and if possible please just add a little more gold highlights and you put more copper in it. I'm very upset because it seems like you didn't even care to pay attention to anything I asked of you. Now I'm stuck with this color that I don't like at all. Too RedThis was eSalons 4th attempt to eliminate the red tint added by coloring. My hair was previously natural; never colored. The eSalon process is a complete guessing trial and error process. All color sets have made my once golden brown hair, look red. Their 5th attempt is in process now. Great resultsI was very pleased. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The kit included everything I needed. The color turned out just as I expected.
