Wow!Used my first kit today and I love it! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted, and the shampoo and conditioner did exactly what was promised. How cool is that? Seems to be good quality so farI received my color today, and applied it this evening, and am pleased so far. My only concerns are I was left with some very gummy pieces of hair that have a lot of residue. I followed rinsing instructions so unsure as to what to do to make it not have that feeling. Also, my roots didn't color quite as dark as I would have preferred, but this is a problem I experience in the salon as well from time to time. My hairdresser moved on to another job, so very interested to see how my color holds up over the next 4 weeks compared to when I went to the salon monthly. Not any better than store boughtThe color received was not what i expected, first dissapointment. Last batch made me so itchy!I've used this product a number of times, but the last batch seemed different. It made my skin so itchy! I got a drop on my neck and that spot was particularly bad.
