Outstanding Color !This is the best hair color I have ever tried! I don't know how they do it, but after answering just a few questions, they got my hair coloring SPOT ON. I have tried boxed hair colors from all the big name companies but it was never the same two months in a row. More recently, I was paying over $100.00 a month to have my hair colored. Matched perfectlyI was worried at first because the hair color in my salon is usually more orange when processing. This was more of a dark brown. But when it was all said and done it looked fantastic! I am a brunette with a good bit of gray and it colored it completely. The real test will be how it looks in a few weeks once it's been in the real world and washed. If its good then, this will be my new hair salon. Good overall colorI'm finding the eSalon instructions easy to follow and the tools included are great. My biggest concern continues to be in not coloring hair that's already colored. I'm applying color to the roots and down about halfway, which seems fine; just a different process than other diy methods or getting it done in the salon. Love the color!I love the color that was customized especially for me. However, it drastically starts to fade after 2 weeks and by 4 weeks, I feel like I have a completely different hair color which I then change back to the customized hair color.
