Worst home dye set I've usedThis was by far the least user friendly home dye set I have used. Firstly the stain protect did absolutely nothing I have stains on ears, behind ears, on my neck and on my forehead. Secondly despite having commented that I have very thick hair didn't receive enough dye to colour all of my hair (I used 2 bottles), fortunately due to greys I started at the front so it isn't too noticeable until I re-dye it. New formula?The conditioner does not rinse clean. Since the new packaging, the conditioner leaves my hair sticky. Custom Color! What else could u ask for ?Custom color is what brought me in and most of you! Price is triple what you pay at the Dept store but that’s typical the cost of anything custom made. Love the fact they give you stain remover, stain guard, trial size quality shampoo and conditioner but two pairs of gloves? I just use one pair and have now amassed a boxful of gloves! I’d rather they give me an extra stain remover as one is never enough and .99 cents for more is overpriced! $30 min for free shipping is better than paying for $6-$7 shipping but their haircare products are already overpriced so that’s where they make extra money out of you there. Excellent Quality Easy to UseA friend mentioned how much she loved her eSalon hair color so I decided to give it a try. I was very impressed! The specific instructions are easy to follow but I don’t color mine as often as I need to so I put color all the way to the end about 5-10min after I put color on the roots.
