More red than blondeThis is my first esalon order. My hair is very shiny now, which is nice. I followed as instructed and it didn't lift much, and is definitely quite red. DON'T BUY I'M SCARED FOR LIFE!It would not wash out, took several attempts. Left my hair dry and damaged., it also turned my hair black with red tint. This is not my colour or the colour I ordered. Not the color i orderI am so disappointed!! I ordered lightest Blonde the color came out a gray blonde I look 10 years older, really looks terrible i already had light Blonde hair but my roots were grown out. Love itI love that I do not have to spend so much time at a beauty shop. Being a teacher I am always looking to say time somewhere. So while my color is on I work on my school things. Not to mention, the color is great and I love the shampoo and conditioner. It’s great that it automatically is sent and you can change the day it is sent. So, I don’t have to worry about not having my color. I haven’t contacted any of the specialists on here but it’s great they are willing to call and talk to you anytime you need help. Great job guys.
