Hair color is different from beforeMy hair dresser noticed that the color i've been receiving lately is different from before. The color is a darker brown and less red. ZERO STARSI've colored with eSalon twice and both times it had to be fixed - not 'I don't like the color' fixed, it's "my roots don't match the rest of my hair" fixed. I would think after the first time, they'd keep a record of what I got, what I liked. Apparently not, because after last time, I'm thinking it's a slam dunk. Just refreshed the same color we did last time - NOOOOOO! I get drk brown when my hair is red. Then I get a form letter about how to start over,,,, yeah, thanks a lot.
