IN HOME SALONI purchased from E-Salon because my hairdresser wanted me to come every week to get my hair toned, and having depression....it was definitely not possible. She also refused to dye my hair which was blonde, into a strawberry blond/auburn for no reason, so she def lost my trust there. I learned my lesson not to purchase box dye, so I googled for the best online high-end color. The personalized color was very nice, I uploaded a picture of what color I wanted and they delivered! The smell is definitely VERY strong. It smells even after washing with the included shampoo and conditioner (that I left for 5-8 mins) . So, definitely do it in a ventilated room. Color is close to what I wanted, but coverage wasn't as well.Giving the color 4 stars. I'm finally getting close to the color I wanted, but the color they send for the ends of your hair doesn't seem to cover as well. I just want my hair to be the same vibrant color all over. No worthted faded colour just in couple weeksHi in the biginning when I finish colouring my her I was so happy now ......... I don't know what to say I was wrong about product from esalon I was colour my hair with eSalon on 22/6/2018 and now I add my results after couple weeks on 13/7/2018 is disaster my colour is Faded I'm almost back to blonde again after couple washes and I use special shampoo to protect colour but is no working at all to be honest I never going order again from here just waist of money .. so desipoited.. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Could not get the color I wantedThe service is great with the shipping and auto-renewal, however if you have a specific color in mind you will most likely not get it. I have grays and am only 26, my hair also grows incredibly fast, so touching up my hair can be expensive at the salon. I wanted to try eSalon to help financially, however it changed my original hair color completely. I had medium brown hair to start with and when I did my first color with eSalon it came out really dark (to be somewhat expected)... I knew it would lighten with washes. However, my hair started to have a red tint to it. It would get more orange on the ends as time went on. I use a salon brand sulfate-free shampoo as well. The next two orders I requested a better mixture to combat the redness. My second order did nothing to help my redness and also did not cover any gray. When I asked for adjustments for my third order, I received the same color combination as my first order. DESTROYED MY HAIRI used this for the first time, and it completely ruined my hair! It's left an OILY FILM that I CANNOT get off, I've even tried washing it with baking soda! Would NOT recommed! I've fried the ends of my hair before, so I know it isn't fried, but it feels and looks disgusting and takes forever to dry. Have not been disappointed after 18 monthsI have not once been disappointed using Esalon, not once, since I started 18 months ago when I had to downsize and stop going to the salon. Any adjustments to my color, or questions regarding grey coverage have been answered promptly and with great satisfaction. I get comments all the time on how natural my color looks.
