Hair color - color revampedI received a new color with new instructions to follow, in July. I was out of town so just used it a week ago. Unlike the first application/order, the grey coverage at my roots this time is already fading! I'm really disappointed bc the first batch did so well. I'm bummed. Even though the new blended color was slightly lighter, I didn't expect that to affect the grey coverage. Fantastic!In the comments section of my order, I noted that I always tend to go more red when coloring my hair. The stylist listened and responded with the suggested color of light brown. I put the color on and it looks fantastic! Now, all i need to do is maintain my roots going forward. I've been rescued!The team really took their time to get my colour right, asking questions and making suggestions and I couldn't be happier with the results! The dark ring I had around my roots is now beautifully blended with the rest of my hair and the colour is exactly what I wanted, a dark brown but with a lovely depth and a shimmery golden tint. Love the color and....it smells wonderful!!I've Been using esalon for several months now, after originally thinking I would just go back to OTC hair color. But after you use esalon, and try OTC brands again, their are slight differences that made me go back to esalon. One of the biggest is the beautiful scent of all the products. The shampoo, color, conditioner, all SMELL great! That may not be important to you, but I love it!! Best experience with at-home coloring!I was a bit hesitant to use eSalon for at-home color, but took a chance anyway. My hair felt and looked amazing after using this set and I got several compliments. I initially tried the semi-permanent hair gloss so I could see if the color worked for me. I loved it but it washed out after about 2 weeks. I emailed the team to update my next set to a more permanent color and received a response almost immediately.
