Downgrading review to 2 starsMy color is too dark and eSalon is changing it for the next shipment. They say that what they provided shouldn’t have made my ends darker. Well they are and now I guess other than getting clatifying shampoo there is nothing I can do about it. I guess I can go get highlights but the whole point of this was to move away from expensive salon visits. Feeling Fabulous!I bought the custom colour set a few months ago but put off using it until yesterday. It all came in lovely packaging, which I know isn't important for hair colour but added that extra touch. The instructions were really easy to follow and the product was great. I have long hair and it covered all of it with spare.
