Thank YouHi, This review is for Danielle S. Danielle, you chose the most beautiful color. I applied this last night and my color turned out great. My highlights are darker and I'm so happy because they were starting to look too light. This is the first time I've tried a color service in which the color turned out great. Thank you for selecting a nice color and the color formula made my hair super soft and shiny. The directions were very easy to follow and my highlights didn't get covered up. ESalon - Try it you will love it!!!!I was so impressed with my first order when it came. I did order a set of their tools the first time (can now use them over and over)! Helped the job get done a little easier. Love the color my specialist and i worked up. Getting read to change the color just a scosh, I want to add a little bit more red. The specialists are VERY VERY helpful and know what the are talking about. I would reccomend to you home self doers!!! AND the color stays on a lot longer then my store bought color. Results are just as promisedBest natural color ever....dating back to when I was in my early 30's! I had my hair cut (unusually) short to make sure that I would have enough coloring agent.....could have left it 'mid-length' as there was colorant to spare! Wow, I am over 70 and have never had such a beautiful hair dye experience....have done it at home for 20+ years. Too hard to rinse outI have had three sets of dye from eSalon now, and they have all been disappointing. I wanted a dark brown with purple. No matter how much they increased the amount of purple, it wasn't noticeable in my hair, so I just had very dark brown hair. I bought the brush and clips, and followed the instructions to the letter. When I came to rinse the dye out, a solid gel-like patch formed over my scalo and would not budge. I ended up shampooing several times before my hot water ran out and I had to give up. The colour did not last on my hair. I got perhaps 6 washes out of it before all the dark colour had washed out and my hair was back to my normal medium brown again. Despite Specific Information on my hair color turned out redI made a point of being very clear that my hair pulled red at the slightest bit of warmth added to hair color. Despite this information and asking for an Ash my hair turned orange/red after coloring. I plan to ask for a full refund. I will have to spend double what I would have at my salon to have a corrective color done to fix this mistake. The whole point was to avoid spending tons of cash at the salon. Has the formula changed?I just colored my roots last night and after 2 thorough shampoos, my hair is a greasy mess. I followed all instructions and rubbed the color so that it would rinse out easier. The formula, after being mixed, seemed oilier than the past formulations. I like how the color turned out but am wondering if the formulation changed somehow? My hair is very curly and normally dry, but it looks like I poured olive oil all over my head.
