straw for hairMy hair goes down to my waist. After using esalon my hair was like straw. I waited for 3 days to wash my hair and when I did, the color started to come out. Most of the color was out of my hair by the 3rd week. Store bought color lasted longer and made my hair softer than before I used it. This color is not good for my hair at all. I do not want anymore. Downgrading review to 2 starsMy color is too dark and eSalon is changing it for the next shipment. They say that what they provided shouldn’t have made my ends darker. Well they are and now I guess other than getting clatifying shampoo there is nothing I can do about it. I guess I can go get highlights but the whole point of this was to move away from expensive salon visits. Outstanding Customer SupportYour color is made just for you, way better than the big store colors. If you want to make a last minute change in color your colorist can do it no problem. I love it. Feeling Fabulous!I bought the custom colour set a few months ago but put off using it until yesterday. It all came in lovely packaging, which I know isn't important for hair colour but added that extra touch. The instructions were really easy to follow and the product was great. I have long hair and it covered all of it with spare.
