Wonderful hairdyeMy hair was unaffected by the dye, meaning it stayed healthy and very happy. It is important to follow the directions exactly if you are attempting to cover gray. Unmatched color for a Redhead!!!I was really excited about this concept and its cost bc I had been hooked on the Redheaded shampoos/conditioners, etc. But they never covered my hair at my hairline, scalp or crown of my head. My hairdresser says it’s bc my hair is more porous at the ends, so that is why I wanted to try this. I took my pics, sent them in, and my gosh, the color is amazing and unmatched like I said. The red shampoos tend to make my hair too pink, and unnatural. My colorist w/esalon is Danielle - and boy she got this right the first time! I am so incredibly grateful!!! Blue black awesomeMy first order got lost from the post office. I made a report and my color was resent. I got my color and followed the instructions and wooow...I'm impressed. I got the blue black. Second Time's the Charm!Ordered the first time, and got an email saying I chose a color that would be too light, so they chose a darker color for me, with the promise of if I didn't like it, I would get a new color for free. My color likes to pull a lot of red when colored, which I had stated, and I have a lot of grays. My first color was more coppery than I had hoped, and my grays didn't get covered well. My stylist adjusted my color and it is GREAT! The copperyness was taken away, and my grays were almost completely covered, and it so closely matches my natural color. I don't think I'll ever go back to the dye I used before. I love having it shipped right to me and I love that I was listened to. At first, I wasn't sure since they changed the color I had chosen, but it actually felt like they were looking out for me and what is best for my hair. I'm also a bit messy when I do it, and I use the stain guard, but still kind of get it everywhere. I love the stain remover, but it also doesn't seem to stain my skin. I also love that I don't have to worry that I'm going to run out of the dye before getting all of my hair (I have very thick hair).
