Schöne Farbe, super BeratungNach meiner Bestellung bekam ich eine E-Mail in der ich beraten wurde, dass die ausgesuchte Farbe eventuell nicht zu meinen Haaren passen könnte. Ich hatte ein Foto hochgeladen und muss sagen, die Farbe die ich dann empfohlen bekommen habe ist super. Sie gefällt mir sehr gut. Einziges Manko: Ich habe sie am 25.07. gefärbt und Stand heute, 08.08. nach 4-maligem Haare waschen ( habe Naturlocken, da ist das nicht so oft nötig), sieht man die weißen Ansatzhaare wieder. Aber keine Neuen, sondern die alten, die Farbe hat da wohl nicht so gut gehalten. Sehr schade. Faded quicker than I expectedI love the care that went into packaging and formulating a personal color, however the darkest brown still wasn't as dark as the rest of my hair as I could see a line of difference. It also lightened up a bit after a few weeks of washes. I made a note and sent a picture to my E Salon colorist, so I am giving it another shot. Destiné aux expertsBonjour, je trouve que j'ai reçu mon colis avec un délai assez long. Durant ce laps de temps j'aurais aimé recevoir quelques conseils d'utilisation ou bien des vidéos, de plus que j'ai précisé être novice et avoir besoin de conseils. Ensuite je reçois mon colis, très beau, très bien rangé, personnalisé, avec la notice. La qualité et le soin porté à l'emballage sont parfaits. Il faut maintenant que je me lance mais je ne sais pas combien de temps ça prend, il serait judicieux de donner un temps approximatif surtout lors d'une première commande. Je ne sais pas non plus si je vais y parvenir seule, et il est clair que non! Vu la longueur de mes cheveux je ne m'en sortais pas. Mon conjoint à donc mis la main à la pâte 😁. Au final, je dois vous dire que j'ai oscillé entre frayeur, défaitisme et crise de rire! Sachez que le résultat est tout de même à la hauteur de mes attentes 🥰. BeautifulFirst off, the service is impeccable and the colorists are all so kind and knowable. The package that I received was on par. I have dyed my hair before at home many times so it was not hard at all. The package had everything you would need, except for the mixing bowl, but you can manage with just the bottle or any small plastic bowl you have at home. The color was a little light and my grays were not all covered. But my colorist thought it might be light to begin with, after she saw my picture and told me to strand test before doing my whole head of hair (she actually called me to test before I received the package). And she told me that she would send me a new color after testing if it was too light. My hair after was also very soft after testing. I tested a bigger section of hair (than a strand test) on the side to actually see the color and it was not stringy after, like when I use store box color. I went online to my account and let my colorist know that I needed a darker color and more gray coverage. Waiting for a response... But overall I love it. And once the color is corrected and gray more coverable, I think I will continue the subscription. It is so much cheaper than going to a salon. I can do it at home at my own time without having to sit at a salon and drive back home and all that hassle. And the product is as good or even better than at a salon. It didn't damage my hair. Wonderful hairdyeMy hair was unaffected by the dye, meaning it stayed healthy and very happy. It is important to follow the directions exactly if you are attempting to cover gray.
