I like it and I love that I can do it myselfI love it. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish eSalon would include a very rich conditioner option with the color in addition to the 2 conditioner/shampoo packages. Also, please provide a paper not plastic option for a mat and try to reduce packaging. eSalon custom color is amazing for color-treated hairLove my new color! I went with the Medium Brown (Pearly Copper), it's so rich in color. When the sun hits it the copper shines through. Unfortunately it didn't cover completely on my roots, too coppery. So I contacted my colorist and she adjusted my color. rubbishI used the coulor it did not do anything to the coulor I have also I have had to wash my hair 4 times as it would not come out and was all greasy I would rather use box coulor at leaset I no they work and don't have to wash my hair loads afterwards so I do not recommend and if I could would send back 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

My hair color came out brownish red.My natural color is brown with blonde highlights. My first color application came out brown with coppery red roots. It was a complete and obvious color difference. Would not recommendIf I could give them a zero I would. I got a color not even remotely close to what I asked for. So, instead of saving money because I can't afford to have my dream red hair I took a chance on this brand. The reviews were great so I thought nothing could go wrong. I had blonde hair wanting to go copper red and I got a medium toned BROWN. THE EXACT COLOR I DID NOT WANT. My hair looks like poop and completely unnatural on me. New Custom Hair ColorIt is perfect! I finally got the color I always wanted; guess I finally found the way to express what I wanted. It turned out better than expected.
